How to Join The Band

The Kemptville Legion band is a superb group to be involved with. The band includes both men and women who have come together to share their talents and interests. The band is always looking for
new people to join in the fun. So if you're interested, come on out and join.

The Kemptville Legion Pipe Band is the place for both veteran and new musicians in Eastern Ontario. The instruments played by the band are the Highland Bagpipes and Marching Drums. These can both be learnt by contacting the band. Lessons for both instruments are inexpensive and are provided by expert musicians.

For musicians who are already familiar with the instruments played by the band, all that is required to join is that you come out and bring your instrument! Drums are provided by the band, though if you have your own and you want to play them bring them out too!
The band is enjoyable for people of all ages. It consists of members as young as 10, and others as old as 80.
